Before Consultation

What to bring to the consultation?

The first time that you meet the team due to a new condition, you should bring:

  • We should already have your referral and patient details form, if not please bring them along
  • If you have had imaging related to the current problem (X-ray, CT scan, MRI, etc), please let us know prior to the appointment where you had that imaging
  • Wear comfortable clothes since Dr Di Nallo will have to examine your feet and/or legs to arrive to the right diagnosis
  • A list of any medications you are currently taking

What will happen when you arrive at the office?
The staff will provide you with some documentation to complete and possibly, a questionnaire regarding your current problem. This will help Dr Di Nallo to have a better understanding of your condition.

What will happen during the consultation?
Dr Di Nallo will introduce himself and start the consultation. General medical history, current condition and previous treatments will be documented. He will perform a physical examination and review any previous studies you have with you. Afterwards, a possible diagnosis and treatment options will be discussed. Then, he will explain to you how to proceed from now onwards and if you are required to be seen again.

What happens when I finish my consultation?
Dr Di Nallo will communicate with your referring professional and share his assessment about the consultation, how to continue and if you require any surgical intervention. If necessary, he will also share his findings with other health professionals involved in your care.
